Customs Fees

When you order from Zamany for international delivery, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are levied once the package arrives in the destination country. Any such costs must be borne by the recipient.

Estimating Fees

For an estimate of potential taxes and customs fees, we recommend that you contact your country's customs authorities.

We do not have control over the customs tariffs of the various countries. They may ask you for an average of 20 euros extra but be careful this amount may vary depending on the country.

Client's Liability

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all taxes and customs fees. If you refuse to pay this fee, the package may be returned.
