ZAMANY RETURN POLICY

At Zamany, we are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

1. Return Period: You have 48 Hours [48H] from receipt of your order to request a return or report any problem with the item.

2. Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

3. Return Process: To request a return, please contact us by email (zamany@zamany.store) providing your order number, phone number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item if possible. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

5. Refund/Exchange: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned, such as sale items or personalized items.
